3. Promotion Period

The Promotion opens at 9:00am AEDT on Tuesday, 28 October 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on Saturday, 29 November 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

 

Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted.

4. Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter are ineligible to enter.

• One entry per person.

5. How to Enter

To enter, during the Promotion Period, entrants must:

• Visit the official competition entry page at https://www.themooeysgroup.com.au/2025-custom-kids-bag-promotion; and

• In 250 characters or fewer, answer the question: “Which Mooey’s design would your child love most, and why?”

 

This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. Entries will be judged on creativity, originality, and brand fit.

• Total prize pool value: $287 (AUD).

• Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

• Products are made to order; please allow up to 21 days for manufacturing and delivery after winners confirm their customisation details.

• If any prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute an item of equal or greater value.

7. Judging & Winner Notification

• Judging will take place at Mooey’s Farm, 93 Ellis Road, Braunstone NSW, within two (2) days of the Promotion closing.

• Winners will be selected by a panel based on creativity, originality, and brand alignment.

• The winners will be notified by email by Monday, 1 December 2025.

• The Promoter may also announce winners on the official Mooey’s Farm Facebook and/or Instagram pages.

  • Privacy Note: Only the first name, initial, and state will be published unless the winner provides written consent for full details.

8. Delivery of Prizes

• Winners will be contacted to confirm their design choice, child’s name (for personalisation), and delivery address.

• Prizes will be dispatched within 21 business days after all custom details have been confirmed.

• Delivery is within Australia only.

9. Intellectual Property & Entry Content

• Entries must be the entrant’s own original work.

• By entering, entrants grant Mooey’s Farm a royalty-free, perpetual licence to use and reproduce their entry (in whole or part) for marketing or promotional purposes, including social media and website publication.

• The Promoter may edit or adapt entries for publication if required.

10. Privacy

• The Promoter collects entrants’ name, email address, phone number, and state solely for the purpose of administering the Promotion, verifying eligibility, contacting winners, and arranging prize delivery.

• Contact information will not be added to any marketing list unless the entrant expressly selects the opt-in checkbox on the entry form.

• Contact information will not be shared, rented or sold to any third parties, ever.

• Entrants who opt in may receive future promotional communications from Mooey’s Farm, which they can unsubscribe from at any time.

• All personal information will be handled in accordance with Mooey’s Farm’s Privacy Policy available at www.themooeysgroup.com.au/privacy-policy.

• Entrants consent to this use of their information.
