RETURNS Policy

At Mooey’s, we want you to love your purchase – whether it’s one of our kids’ bag sets, apparel, or homewares. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Australian Customers

 

In line with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair or refund if your item:

  • Arrives damaged or faulty,

  • Is unsafe,

  • Doesn’t match the description, or

  • Doesn’t do what we said it would do.

We also accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is:

  • Unworn/unused,

  • In original packaging with tags attached, and

  • Returned with proof of purchase.

Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer’s responsibility.

International Customers

We welcome international orders! Please note:

  • If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days, but return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Customs duties or import taxes are non-refundable.

How to Return or Exchange

  • Email us at hello@themooeysgroup.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

  • Our team will provide return instructions.

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your exchange, refund, or store credit.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days once approved.

  • Sale items are not eligible for return unless faulty.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange sizes or products if stock is available. If not, we’ll issue a refund or store credit.
